A beautiful collection of three genuine Seaham “End Of Day” sea glass pieces, handpicked from Seaham Beach in the North East of England.
Each piece in this rare collection displays striking layered colour combinations formed during historic glassmaking processes, when leftover molten glass was combined at the end of factory shifts. These accidental blends created unique patterns and colour transitions that can never be replicated exactly.
This set features a stunning mix of deep cobalt blue, turquoise, aqua, emerald green, black, and frosted white layering. The contrast between the colours gives each piece a bold and highly collectable appearance, especially when viewed in natural light.
The collection includes:
- A vivid cobalt blue and white layered piece
- A striking green, black, and white banded piece
- A deep teal and aqua blended piece with beautiful translucency
All three examples have been naturally tumbled by the North Sea over many decades, creating the smooth frosted finish and rounded edges highly prized by collectors.
