Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and carefully packaged. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before dispatch.
UK Shipping Standard delivery within the United Kingdom typically takes 2–5 business days. They will be posted on the Royal Mail tracked service. No signature required upon delivery.
EU & International Shipping We ship to the European Union and selected international destinations. Delivery to EU countries typically takes 7–14 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail International or equivalent courier service.
Important notice for EU customers: As we ship from the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to predict or cover these costs.
