Every item you’ll find on this site has been handpicked by the Atkinson family, from the shores of Seaham beach in the North East of England, over the span of more than 35 years. From smooth whites and deep greens to rare reds and turquoise finds, each fragment has been shaped naturally by the North Sea over decades.

No two pieces are ever the same.

That’s part of what makes sea glass so special. Every piece carries its own texture, colour, shape, and history. Some may have once been bottles, tableware, or decorative glass from another era before the sea transformed them into something completely unique.
